To be candid, I have been practicing law since 1993 and had my own law firm since 2005. In that time, I’ve had numerous clients call me again for second wrecks and/or refer their family members to me. I don’t take that lightly. I know that I have to earn a client’s respect from the first phone call to when we distribute the personal injury settlement. Further, that’s okay! Because through the loyalty of my clients, I’ve been able to build a successful business, that started without any capital, one that has provided for my family since 2005. In other words, my success is because I have earned the loyalty of my clients and I do my best, each and every day, not to take that fact for granted.
It’s About Service
All I do is handle car and motorcycle wrecks. While some attorneys try to sell you through catchy slogans, silly commercials and stupid nicknames, my hope is you will choose me as your personal injury lawyer because of customer service. This is why I use my cell phone for all my calls. Why do some many people look at that like it is a crazy idea? If you have a legal question, you should be able to discuss it with your personal injury lawyer, right? If not, why did you hire him or her?
YOU were in a car accident; not your lawyer or your doctor. This means you deserve immediate legal advice and an immediate response to your inquiry. This is why I don’t have a problem seeing clients in the hospital or going to their homes. A thirty-minute drive to me is nothing. The big issue is can we get the client’s life back on track as quickly as possible? Between insurance companies and waiting for police reports, that’s not always possible or achieved. However, it is my personal obligation to do my best to do everything in my control to achieve that result.
